Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
Returnable Items:
- Quality Issues: Items that are faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect Fulfillment: Items received in the wrong size, color, or model.
- Change of Mind: Unused, unwashed, and in original, sellable condition (including original packaging) if the product does not meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items outside the 30-day warranty window.
- Items that have been visibly worn, used in play, washed, or damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Returns Process
To ensure a smooth and quick experience, please follow these steps:
- Request Authorization: All returns must be authorized by the Smileboy Team. Please contact us pickleball@xmsmileboy.com following details:
- Order Number
- Product Name/Model
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Receive RMA: Our support team will respond within 24 hours to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the specific return warehouse address.
- Ship Your Return: Please return the item following the instructions on the RMA form. For your protection, please provide us with the return tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt.
- Processing: Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
Refund Timeline
Please allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to conduct a quality inspection. Once approved, refunds are processed according to your payment method:
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank).
- PayPal: Up to 48 hours.
- Store Credit (Smileboy Wallet): Within 24 hours.

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using your local post office’s most economical registered shipping service. Please ensure you always obtain an RMA form from us before shipping your package back, as we cannot accept returns sent without prior authorization.
